Alright, let's keep this simple. By using Axonix Tools, you're agreeing to these terms. Don't worry, there's nothing weird in here—just the standard "don't be a jerk" stuff.
What We Offer
We provide a bunch of free online tools—converters, formatters, generators, all that good stuff. We're always adding new ones and tweaking existing ones. Sometimes things change without notice. That's just how web development works.
Don't Be a Jerk
Pretty straightforward. Here's what we ask you NOT to do:
- Don't use our tools for anything illegal. Seems obvious, but we have to say it.
- Don't try to hack or reverse-engineer the site. Come on.
- Don't run bots or scrapers that hammer our servers. Real people need to use this too.
- Don't upload viruses or malicious stuff. Why would you even.
Who Owns What
Our stuff: We own the website, the code, the design, the brand—all of it. You can use the tools, but you can't copy the site or pretend you made it.
Your stuff: Anything you create with our tools is 100% yours. We don't claim any rights to your output. And since most of our tools run in your browser, we never even see your files. They're yours.
No Guarantees
Look, we try really hard to make everything work perfectly. But stuff breaks sometimes. The internet is weird. Our tools are provided "as is"—meaning we can't guarantee they'll work perfectly 100% of the time for every possible use case.
If you're doing something mission-critical, maybe don't rely solely on a free web tool? Just saying.
We're Not Responsible For...
If something goes wrong—you lose data, miss a deadline, whatever—we can't be held liable. We're a free tool. We do our best, but we're not your backup plan for important stuff. Please use responsibly.

Sometimes we link to other websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them. Once you leave our site, you're on your own. Click carefully!
We Might Change These
